Fresh Salmon & Avacado Salad - hot smoked salmon fillets & sliced avacado served with lemon & extra virgin olive oil dressing.

Prawn Toscani- pan -fried prawns, with garlic, herbs, lemon juice infusion served with mesclun salad.

Cajun Chicken Salad - served with avacado  guacamole, aioli & mesclun salad.

Omelette of the day- (waiter will advise) served with sun-dired tomatoes & curly fries.

Sreaky bacon & mushroom pizza- Italian tomato sauce topped with cheese

Vegetarian Filo Parcel- field mushrooms, green beans & grated chees oven baked in a creamy lemon & tarragon sauce, wrapped in a filo pastry served with mesclun salad.

Vegetable Rissotto- creamy risotto with cherry tomatoes, peas, green beans, capsicums, filed mushrooms, baby spinach & grana padano parmesan cheese.

Chicken Filo Parcel- diced chicken breast, oven baked in a creamy lemon & tarragon sauce, wrapped in mflio pastry seved with mesclun salad.

Chicken Rissotto- Diced chicken breast tossed with chopped garlic, filed mushrooms, baby spinach, melted parmesan cheese & crispy streaky bacon in a white wine & cream sauce.

Steak Sandwich- scotch fillet on toasted bread, potato wedges, aioli, onion compote & avacado guacamole

Pan Fried Scallops- sliced avacado, mesclun salad with a blend of apple, lemon & extra virgin olive oil dressing served with garlic bread (5 scallops).

Braised Lamb Shank- one large lam shank with charissa & chick peas hummus served with Morrocon stle vegetables & potato garlic mash.

Steak Scotck Fillet (230 grms)- topped with two fried eggs, vine tomatoes, sauted mixed mushrooms & freshly baked homemade bread.

Crispy Crackling Pork- Free range pork belly, slowly baked overhight in the oven, served with warm potatoes $ freshly seasoned vegetables with apple & prune.

Fish of the Day- pan seared fresh fish, steamed citrus & herb garlic potatoes, sauteed fennel, carrot, green asparagus & white wine caper & Pernod sauce.

Potobello chicken Kebab- Two skewers of sliced chicken breast wrapped in bacon with capsicum, onion with Portobello mushroom sauce served on a bed of Basmati rice & mesclun salad.
