With years of experience working with renowned 5 star hotels and restaurants like Noga Hilton International Geneva, Hilton & Dorchester London, Quality Resort Terraces in Queenstown to name a few & now successfully managing Aubergine Albany's kitchen for over 4 years , Jean-Philippe Kerstenne and his team specialises in Mediterranean cuisine with a fusion of French flavours.

Our  French Chef in his culinary art is a strong believer of using organic & free range products and takes pride in promoting our menu which is 90% gluten free, adopting a personal touch in preparation, and considering the overall mood of the diners and atmosphere of the venue to create a most memorable dining experience.

Never satisfied with his accomplishments, our Chef continues to enhance his skills by creating new recipes, reading books and magazines to look for fresh and innovative ideas to stimulate the taste buds.
