Main Course

Pan fried salmon fillet rested on a bed of ratatouille, made of diced aubergine, capsicum, red onions & green courgettes served with scalloped potatoes, cooked in reductions of orange & lemon juice fresh thyme and white wine sauce.

Braised Lamb Shanks , with harissa & chick peas hummus served with Morrocon style vegetables and creamy potato garlic mash

Grilled Eye Fillet of beef, potato garlic mash, fresh spinach, field mushrooms, kikorangi blue cheese sauce

Duck Romana oven baked breast of duck, served with rosti potatoes, baked red cabbage, apple and green beans with rosemary jus

Vegetarian Fettuccini, Italian pasta served with aubergine, courgettes, field Mushrooms, vine tomatoes, garlic, roasted red pepper pesto & toasted pumpkin seeds
